Room Redesigns and Styling…
What to look for…
A few simple but important changes can make a HUGE difference: (1) Although the two main pieces of furniture remained the same, the coffee and end tables were switched out for smaller pieces that are more proportionate to the furniture and the room. (2) The bookcase in the corner was meant to display the client’s beautiful artwork but it wasn’t functioning very well. By selecting an open-back bookcase and positioning it in the corner facing out, we can really enjoy their collection. (3) By swapping out the old lamps with two matching table lamps and one taller floor lamp, we balance the room and provide much needed layered lighting. Finish it off with lighter colored throw pillows and this room redesign is complete!
